I t oo had problems with Etsy online once filing a "case file" against a shop called Elegant Earth Jewelry recently. This shop was unwilling to resolve a return & refund between myself and the seller. I would be really cautious in buying merchandise from Elegant Earth Jewelry. The shop owner is unaware how Etsy's return & refund policy works.
