I spent several hundreds of dollars ordering a stained glass window from karenmiles on etsy ... and after several months of asking, she kept saying it was coming, and it never did. Etsy only allows you to post a review within like 60 days of purchase when she had not even BEGUN the item, according to her. Will never know if she even tried but I got only sympathy from Etsy but nothing else, and certainly no refund from the seller. Etsy does not hold its vendors accountable to the purchase AT ALL--period. If someone doesn't fulfill a paid order, that is basically your problem. Avoid Etsy and this vendor at all costs--don't be fooled by reviews that say someone is good when the only way to even post a review is if you got the product--anyone who got their money stolen has no recourse.
